Connecting with Echo

Please help me connect my Echo.  Mssage says bad password.  Error 6:1:103:10:3

If you are using a Comcast supplied gateway device, are you using the password that is on the label on the bottom, back, or the side of it ? If it hasn't been changed from its default value, it is  It may be called the "Password" or the "Network Key" on that label.
