For about 4-5 months now i've been getting continuous packet loss issues. My interent freezes up for 5-10 seconds every minute or so from a computer that is hardwired to the modem. I've replaced the modem twice and still no fix in sight. I've tested my packet loss through command prompts and see consistant fluctuating amounts of packet loss. I'm in the Westchester area north of Tropical Park. Is anyone else having these issues? It's become ridiculous.
