Like so many others on here, the Comcast upgrade has removed ALL of my personal email folders.
They contained irreplaceable items related to my daughter's soccer career. They contained emails from my parents. And they contained important documents related to my service on a volunteer organization related to our transition to becoming a 501(c)(3).
I need them. This is an unmitigated disaster. There's stuff in there that cannot be replaced.
What on earth are you folks trying to do to us as customers? I have been a Comcast customer for 20 years!
Look for any black arrowheads to the left of any folders you can see, and for the section headed "My folders". Do the missing folders reappear? If not, call Comcast security and see if they can recover them for you.--------------------------
