Again, we're more than happy to help you with this, but we need specific examples of domains. Please be assured we're not trying to prevent people from getting the legitimate messages they would like to receive. Please give us the details we're asking for, and we'll work to resolve as quickly as possible.
I've given up on trying to fix any of this, it falls on deaf ears. My latest gripe is that all communications from
my rifle club gets thrown into the spam folder but the hundereds of spam Emails I've reported all come through
as if they are lubed with a Moly concoction on their way through the comcast servers. I'm giving up!
Thanks for your post.
Do you have examples of domains that are not coming through as expected? We can take a deeper look and see what's going on. Again, spam triggers are based on customer feedback. Staff can ask that things are flagged, but that's mostly used for phishing messages. Political messaging is not phishing, and we would not ask for it to be flagged as spam. We can ask for things to be unflagged, and if you can provide us with example domain names (or date/time of the messages), we'll be more than happy to take a closer look.
Side note, the team responsible for messaging filtering has no control over the home page or the ads. If you'd like, I can point you toward the correct forum for those complaints.
Same Here!!! Conservative and Gun related stuff ends up in Spam Folder. I keep selecting Not Spam but no change. Why do I stay with a ISP that Hates who I am?? Simple, They have monopolized the market in my area. They have tracked my every Internet move well enough to have ads for goods and services but can't figure out that an email address that is continuously reported as " Not Spam " should not be sent to the Spam folder, and the ones tha are reported as SPAM continute to show up in the Inbox. Keep showing Hillary ads when I report them as offensive.
I NEVER use the online mail stuff you have set up so I never see the SPAM folder. I will try to mark
everything that should NOT be in there "not spam" to see if it makes a difference.
Our spam filters work based on customer input, not employee influence. When enough customers/recipients report a message as spam, it will them be spam for the other recipients. If you believe they are not spam, be sure to go into your Spam Folder (the webmail interface is probably the easiest place to do this), and mark the messages as "Not Spam" and help reverse the spam verdict.
I'm not quite sure I understand your last request, are you asking to write a filter to put messages from those domains into the spam folder also?
If this is truly a HELP forum,
Help me fix my spam folder to filter .gov, cnn.com msnbc.com and I don't care if it fills daily. Do it!
Tell me this isn't happening, my SPAM folder is again filled with Email from the tea party and conservative outlets. This needs to stop!
PS the idiots in the bag for barry will probably erase this post too.

This is a HELP forum, not a place to air your political views.
I never use the webmail at comcast nor do I use outlook or any other built-in application. I'm a 20 year Eudora mail client user.
I noticed teh other day that my Junk mail folder online was getting large. I looked at the contents and found that about 80% of all the messages in there were from conservative organizations.
IS COMCAST SUCH A SOCIALIST-SUPPORTING GROUP THAT THEY ARE ACTIVELY BLOCKING MY EMAIL?
Thanks for any help,
