You don't have to use Comcast's email system. Use something more reliable and independent of your ISP like Gmail or

Same issues here too.  The new interface awful, slow can't login half the time e-mail reading fails half the time.  Won't work on my phone half the time constant up and down periods.


I want a pro rated refund

Comcast email having wide failures

This started few weeks ago but is getting progressively getting worse this week. So far this is what happend this week:


1. 3 days ago - was getting constant email fail login notifications on my mobile phone. It resolved on its own about 6 hours later.

2. Today email are not loading on my Laptop (windows 7).
