I have a few customers using G suite and they are not able to send emails to their comcast.net customers. This is for a town, and they use this service for billing, and have a fair amount of upset customers. Have done everything I can from the Google side, and it points to comcast.
Who can help, need this ASAP, please.
Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
