Comcast Internet Connection

To whom it may concern,

I normally don’t post on forums, however the Comcast Internet Service is beyond horrible. If we had another viable internet service we would not be with Comcast. The amount of up time is beyond sporadic and unreliable at best. If this were any other company with a service where you weren’t getting the actual service you’re paying for there would be some type of offer/actual fix from the company. Restarting the modem and trading out modems is not a fix. Obviously this isn’t a small issue due to the amount of forums across the web complaining about the service as well. Maybe you should have some way to only charge for times the Internet is actually working.
