Crono is the Administrator of the Community Forums.  I just figured out how you can send him a PM.  Sign in there, go to the Coffee Shop Forum- On the right side you should see Crono in red.  Click on Crono and you should then :see

Contact me in large blue text... BELOW that is "Send a private message'  Click there to send him a Private message.



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Who is PM Crono and where do I find them?  This is the only interactive Help Forum I found on Comcast to assist me.  I do mean the Community Forum considering I referenced such in my "Subject" field and in the body of my email.

If you're meaning the Community Forums and not this Help Forum, then you need to PM Crono and ask him about it.

Changing Community Forum ID/Profile Name

Is it at all possible to change the Community Forum ID/Name?  I have referred to all potentials in the profile and have consulted the troubleshooting page.  Nothing refers to changing the ID/Name.  Will you please help?
