Cannot Stream to Twitch - Dropping Frames - Unstable Upload

Hello forum support and community,

I cannot stream to twitch successfully at all. I use Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) and the connection here does nothing but drop frames and give red indicators. I recently moved here from one town over, and at the old place i was fine, able to stream at the full 6000 kbps upstream. But at this new location it doesnt work at all. Multiple Tech visits to the home, outside techs, teir 3 tech support, all cannot seem to help me.

as you can see - all low and 0 results - im using the Chi server since thats the area im from. still bad...

Hi @Pezto,

Since you've had multiple techs out, I've gone ahead and escalated this for you. You need an employee to check your levels on the back end and your node health. You should expect a reply in this thread.

cannot PM you getting blank page error, only shows a blank white box

still not working, even in a different browser. im sure a regular check isnt going to get us anywhere anyway, been done before.

Same exact problem here, I've been a long-term streamer and rely on this for work. Moved to a new location and I'm constantly dropping 7-10% frames. 

Was there any follow up for you?
