Can't see connected devices

Hi,

 

I set up a bunch of static IPs after getting my Comcast internets, now I need to change/remove some, but I can't see what's connected any more. All I get is this in the image below.

 

I saw a bunch of posts on the business help forum - where not a single solution that was mentioned worked apart from rolling back the firmware. No, I have not done a factory reset, since (a) it doesn't appear to worked for more than a very short period of time, and (b) I'd lose all my configuration for no reason. I did see the devices once the other day, but now they're gone no matter how much I log in or refresh.

Does it list any connections on the home page?  Which make model do you have?

Under the Connected Devices section there is nothing, apart from a button to view the connected devices.

 

I have the DCP3939.

Well, it's still not fixed itself. Really can't wait to get FIOS.
