Can't access xFi

Hello I just received my new gateway yesterday after receiving the "Upgrade Your Equipment" message. After I inished the setup I tried using the advanced settings option on my PC and the XFi app Then it prompts me to order a new router saying the same message "Upgrade Your Equipment" so when I click on the order button and I get another message saying I've already have the latest up to date equipment.

Side note: this isn't much but my new gateway comes default with the "xfinitiywifi" hotspot turn on and even that doesn't show up on my list of connections. Only my window 10 pc shows "hidden network" for the hotspot.
