Start here: troubleshooting guide. If you still need help, please post your equipment details (make/model of your modem/gateway/router) and a screenshot of your signal levels and your error/event log. Thank you!

Buffering/Packet Loss Nightly around 7:30 PM

I have been experiencing buffering on both my Playstation Vue and Ooma VoIP service around the same time each night with Comcast 60 Mbps down. I was using the phone and watching TV and the VoIP would cut out at the same time the PS Vue would buffer making me think that there is some sort of packet loss happening because 60 down should be enough to handle these two applications. I am using a SB 6141 modem with a Netgear WNDR4300 wi-fi router. QoS is not on so I am thinking this might be a possible fix? Any ideas? Appreciate it!!
