Blocked mobile email

My Comcast email replies to a third party vendor are apparently being blocked by/because of the Comcast email address domain.
Replies to that third party vendor thru Gmail on the same device(with any ISP router) goes thru, as do replies through my Comcast domain email, when on desktop and laptop.
This is only a problem on my late model Android over Verizon.
How to remedy?
