If you are still in the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>>>>>.Email>>>>>>Email Filters. There you can edit/delete the rule you had established to set up the block. In the new format, on the Inbox page, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and then on Settings. Under Mail you will see Filter Rules. Click on that to see whatever filters you have set up.
