Blank page when unsubscribing

I Unsubscribe from emailed promo messages but am always taken to a blank page when clicking on the link. From there I have no alternatives. So I am stuck receiving suggestion on what I should watch which, in most cases, is offensive to me.

If you are talking about unsubscribe links in junk mail----------don't click on them.  It just tells the spammer that your email address is good, and pretty much guarantees you will get more spam.  Just mark the messages as spam if they get to your Inbox to help train the filters.  You should only use unsubscribe links for legitimate companies and organizations you have signed up with for mailings.
