Bad modem/gateway?


I have an Xfinity modem/router that I disabled both wireless ports on then set it up in bridge mode… At first both lights shut off but later they are now constantly blinking… Also if I disabled the wireless and set it up in bridge mode how is it I can still connect to the modem/gateway by logging in using 10.0.0.1 whenever I am using my own Linksys Router with a 192.168.1.0 address range? Something is seriously wrong with this modem router and my speeds will no go over 1Mbps!!!!!

Ok ANOTHER bug…I had to do a full factory reset in order to get the Xfinity to wipe out the Network Names and place it in bridge mode…Now no wifi lights and I cannot connect to the administration side through WiFi…
