Bad Gateway Message

I can't get into my xfinity e-mail. It says "bad gateway". I googled it and it suggested clearing my browsing history, etc., which I've done. Signed back out of browser, and then back in, re-booted computer, tried google chrome and internet explorer, neither of them are letting me in.  It just "spins" on ie explorer and won't load, and says "bad gateway" on chrome. Any ideas?

I've had the same recurring Bad Gateway 502 message since the new email format was introduced.  Took several tries this morning and now I can't get in at all.  I can access other My Account pages, just not email.  Grrrrrrrrr.
