Perhaps your local system only offers 24 or 25 downstream channels ? Or maybe those channels are unbonded due to noise ingress on them ? Have you tried powercycling it to see if it will lock on to more channels ?

I rebooted the XB6 yesternday.  I'm guessing my neighborhood hasn't yet been upgraded to support D3.1?  Or does having 29 channels bonded mean D3.1?

It could mean D3.1. In Southern NJ it’s 28 D3 + 1 D3.1 so it might mean D3.1 is on it. Not really sure since different local systems are set up differently than others.

I don't need anybody to answer for me.....

I don't see a downstream channel listed as being "OFDM / PLC" or as "Other". Is that screenshot complete RobertWy ? Unless there is an OFDM channel, your system is not yet DOCSIS 3.1

It is complete; Channel 29 is the last down channel.  Just as I suspected; D3.1 is not yet rolled out in my part of the Houston Market.  Or else it is only for those users who pay for gigabit service; I don't know what they mean by a D3.1 rollout.

AFAIK, if it is configured / present on one's local CMTS / system, it should appear in the channel list whether or not one is actually subscribed to the Gig service. I have a DOCSIS 3.1 modem, I'm not subscribed to Gig, yet I see an OFDM / PLC carrier present.

Since it isn't there, what does that mean - it ISN'T configured on my CMTS/system?

Well either it's not there, or your modem isn't locking on to it for some reason, or the user interface has a glitch.
