Answering & Deleting E-mails

Unable to answer or delete emails due to the fact that I always receive a "Unable to Locate Server" message - plz advise. Do not want all my emails to be auotmatically deleted due to perceived inactivity

Call Comcast security and ask them to look at your account---------------
