Sooo here goes I am now waiting for the 4th time for a tech to get here in hopes they can actually fix the issues on my line, basically I bought the business package to get a bit higher upstream and not worry about data capping, but for over a month now anytime I stream to twith or other providers the connection will constantly fluctuate high and low and up and down like a rollercoaster to the point the stream will not be watchable most of the time, then like magic it might work again for a few hours so far all the techs have done is put a splitter on the line which honestly is not helping at all just makes things worse from what I know they claim it was because the power level was too high coming from the upstream which it still is most of the time it hovers close to 50dbmv so I cannot figure it out yet but I have been reading some things from other folks with the exact same issues I have been getting and they claim they ended up having to buy a broadband drop amp with active return and since doing so their issues seems to have been resolved I just think I should not have to be the person buying this thing, and even more odd is every time the tech is on their way it seems that the prob goes away for a day at best then comes right back, I am not sure what it is that they are doing here but I am starting to really lose faith in it being fixed by Comcast at all.

that is the traceroute which atm it is not messing up of course because the tech is on the way as soon as they leave bet the farm it will come back....the fluctuation is crazy but it has made it nearly impossible to make videos at this point and I pay waaaaay too much for this to keep happening.
Of course I have the notice that tech is on the way, was just a tech 2 doors down, I seen him packing it up and oddly my net is working fine right now....I did ask him if he was coming to my spot next in which he says he doesn't do business accounts lol....I dunno what services he did 2 doors down but when he was wrapping it up over there mine magically started working fine again....however it is probably a coincidence as I have had it work fine before for a bit then go right back to messing up again I am just tired of taking time out of my own day and schedule to wait for these folks only to find the problem persistent.
these correctable codewords increased and before the tech was 2 doors down I had 0 uncorrectable showing up there, I dunno if that is also a coincidence or if they are related I was having major problems streaming earlier and right now its not so bad hope this info helps anyone that may try to diagnose the issues.
