All the gateway lights are on

All of a sudden all of my gateway lights are on I tried resetting in the back by pressing for 20seconds and it won't even reset they are still on I unplugged it and one light turns on then all of them go back on I tried everything and nothing works

Is your Internet connection, etc working?

In my experience, that's an indication that the device has died and needs to be replaced. You can swap it for a new one at your local service center ( or you can have a tech swap it for you free of charge.


You can try a factory reset (hold the button in the pinhole on the rear of the device for ~30 seconds.) That may fix it temporarily. Either way, swap the device ASAP.
