Accessing Comcast Email from outside the US

In the past I had problem, accessing my Comcast email from outside the US. Whenever I tried logging in

to my Comcast Email account, the system would time out and I would not be able to log in.


Does anyone know why this happens and what can be done to ensure that I can login to my Comcast email account?

I'm not sure why, but Comcast email has always been problematic outside the country.  The next time you plan to be outside the U.S. my suggestion would be to set the account to auto-forward to some other account you have like Gmail that might be less of a problem to access.  But do some research on it because this issue is not unique to Comcast email.
