I inadvertently deleted my address book address - still have a and b names and addresses only

If you are still in the old email format, open the address book, and on the landing page look up to the right.  You should see "Backup and Restore".  Click on that and follow the prompts.  That is the address book provided by Plaxo.  If, however, you are in the new Appsuite version, it does not have that feature.  You would need to import the address book from another email provider as a .csv file.  Unless of course, you have it backed up on your computer.
