10.0.0.1 Incorrect Password Admin Tool

Hello, im trying to login to my router to change a few settings and can't seem to do it. I've tried typing (Username: admin | Password: password) but that doesn't work. And can't seem to figure out how to do a factory reset on my router. Is it possible that you guys can restore my router to defualt settings from your end?

Typically you can factory reset your device by a button on the back. Many devices have a little hole in the back - use a paper clip or similarly sized device to depress the button in the hole for more than 15 seconds.
