I have spent all day with Comcast, 5 different people and nobody can help me figure out how I can change my information for the Admin Tool. Is it so difficult? I want to change some settings and I haven't used it in quite a while. I have no idea what my username or password is.
Can someone help?
Reset the device back to factory settings. Use a paperclip or similar device to depress the button recessed in a small hole on the back of the device. Hold it for about 30 seconds.
Username is admin
Password is password
