I am trying to port back, my phone number that I had ported to OOMA. I was told it had to do with Rate centers. Is there any way to get around this. I live in Connecticut, OOMA is in california?
Can I try to have it ported to some other carrier then get it ported to Comcast?

rturco563, that's correct. The number must be in the same rate center of your XFINITY account in order for a successful port to occur. Please send me your full name, address, account number, and the phone number in question so I can look up the rate centers.
