"Your call history is empty" message

I purchased, installed and activated an Arris SVG2482AC modem/router with voice on 1/24/2018.  After numerous online chats and phone calls with numerous Xfinity agents, my call history is still empty and my voicemail has been enabled and disabled twice(currently disabled since Friday, 2/2/2018).  Any suggestions?

I checked my call history this morning and it is, magically, working!!  Voicemail is still disabled.

There was an "Outage" reported for this issue but it has since been repaired.
