Voicemail access online

So, I have a weird issue.  My home phone works fine.  My voicemail works fine.  ie, call my #, after 5 rings, leave message.  From home phone, plug *99, access it, works as it should.

 

My dilemma, when I try and access online, I get a silly note that Voicemail is Not Enabled for this number.  (see attachment)

 

History, I upgraded to X1, new WiFi modem etc first of year.  The voicemail did not work initially,  after a lengthy call, 2 days later, voicemail worked.  It also worked accessing via web.  

 

Just today, I went to delete a message online, because I was not at my house (I get a notification when I have a message)  Anyways, I can no longer access my voicemail online.

 

Do I really need to call the 800 number?  I'm hoping someone can forward this to the correct department. 

 

PS:  I did a modem reboot already
