I just noted in my call log a call toAustralia. 23 minutes in the middle of the day. I DID NOT MAKE THIS CALL! So how can this happen? How can someone hack in and use my phone line?
The reps at the local COMCAST store we’re no help - they assumed it was my problem. They credited my account for the call but told me if it happens again, they won’t do another credit.
Any clues as to what’s going on would. Be greatly appreciated.
