I changed my old modem with new one that is provided, my internet service is good but I can't make call or receive call

I also just replaced my modem and have no dial tone on phone

Hi, Sandra551. Thanks for posting. We can help!! Is your Tel 1 light on your modem currently lit up? If not, that is the problem and I can help you fix that.
