Phone # transfer

When you set up a move, ask 100 times if it is being set up as a move, and not a new account.  I know of three other families that had to deal with the same issue and had problems retaining their existing phone #s.

Hi Jaye2 -- Sorry to hear about this phone number issue. I reviewed your account and looks like a support agent was able to help get your phone number placed on your current account. Please let us know if any further service issues arise and we'll have them addressed.
