I signed up with an agent and received a phone line. The BIG issue is, I cannot get through to ANYONE through customer service and my phone will not work. I connected the phone line into the modem of my computer line 1. The phone is stating there is no line. I then took another phone cord and placed it from the mode to the phone jack which has a splitter and the phone still doesn't work. Can someone please help me!

Did you connect your phone to your Cable modem or to your computer? Connect the phone line from the modem directly to your phone and test for connection.
