We are getting a message on the voice mail that our memory is full but there is only 1 message on the voice mail? I have looked through all of the instructions on the Comcast Voice message but nothing addresses what should be an important issue. In the past I have called Comcast on this issue and the explanation was that during upgrades to the phone software glitches like this happen. The support people reset but this seems to be a rather involved (and time-consuming!) procedure to rectify the problem.
Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
