I have have home voice for as long as I can remember through xfinity. For some reason the voice portion dropped from my online access, but full account lookup shows I should have it. Was working fine until I called about Internet 2 days ago. Nothing has changed, just doesn’t work online or in house anymore. Any suggestions? Multiple hours on phone support with no help.
In typical Comcast fashion I finally reached a technician on the phone who looked through each and every setting an the account and was able to make it work again. 3 days and about 6 hours of phone support finally got it working again.
