I was informed in order for me to terminate service that I would need to call the Dedicated Retention Department.
I was given (800) 934-6489 in a online chat with customer service. When I tried calling; I got, "I'm sorry...your call can not be completed as dialed"

The phone and chat reps just love to pull this one. 1-800-934-6489 is just 1-800-Xfinity. Either you dialed incorrectly, or Comcast's phone system had one of its all-too-frequent misfires. You might also try 1-800-Comcast (1-800-266-2278).
