As I stated above, four technicians have said the main line from the meter room to our apartvaluable knick ment needs replaced. They said they need a contractor to do this. They were supphosed to do it on December 8th at 8:00 AM and the tech was to come and inspect it from 10:00 - 12:00. The contractor did not SHOW UP until after 1:00 pm. The techs showed uo on time but couldn't do anything because the ?Contractor?? hadn;t showed up!! It was rescheduled for Dec, 11th and they sent some inept workers who went into the apartment on the first floor, moved her caninet with valuable antiques in and broke several of them. She kicked them out, but before they left they took the pieces of what they broke with them and did not give her a receipt for them. They said they would fix them.....She has not heard from them or from COMCAST about this to date!!! The contractor?'s name is Goulart Gostavo, he is not a very reliable person, nor is he a reliable person, Someone was scheduled yesterday, December 18th, the same thing happened, you sent a technician and he doesn;t do this kind of work. We are very disappointed in Comcast and the service we are getting because it NO SERVICE!!! What will it take for someone to fix this situation??? Anxiously awaiting someone of authority to fix this situation!!!!
