As a first step, reboot the modem/gateway.   See thge following link:  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/power-cycling-your-modem

 

If the above fails, call into Comcast with a different phone at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR about your lack of service.
