I have an intermittent problem with my Comcast Voice service. Periodically, outgoing voice cannot be heard by caller while incoming voice is just fine. I have replaced phone system and modem. Comcast service tech checked signal strength and said just fine.
This is making me nuts. Any solution suggestions?
