Last week we had to change the modem /router for our internet, tv and phone service with Comcast. Since then all our calls are going to voicemail. When I called Comcast, they said our voicemail is not set up. After calling them 3 times and insisting that our messages are going to voicemail, one rep looked into it and sure enough even though my account says I don't have voicemail, messages were going into it. She assured me she had taken care of it and to give it 24 hours but its been 3 days now and I am still missing messages. Somebody please help. Comcast is no help. I have wasted so many hours on hold...it is draining my energy!
