I would be more than happy to help you troubleshoot and fix this issue. Can you please clarify if you are using the Xfinity Connect app and if this is where you see the notification?
Have you tried to clear the voicemails yourself and are you getting some sort of error message?
Can you also let me know if you have tried re-installing the app yet?
