caller id not showing with new hd box.

caller id not showing with new hd box.

or hd box went bad.  tech installed a new one around 1030 am.  the caller id isn't sowing up on the tv now.  how do I turn it back on?

If the above does not help, call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR to ensure the CallerID Rate Code is active on your account.
