My phone plan includes 300 free minutes calls to France per month. I have been billed for my calls as if I had no plan. I already called twice about it. I was supposed to have a supervisor call me to give me a refund. No call, nothing! I am now due to pay my new bill with a HUGE mistake on it, still no refund for the other 2 months. So now 3 months of international calls that should be free but for the minutes over the free 300. What do I do? Do I pay for the third time a bill that is overcharging? When will I get a refund for the previous 2 months?
