I've heard that (678) 393-7960 is a Comcast number, and I have "missed calls" from this on my home phone quite often. Nobody answers when I call back. I've seen discussion boards on the web that mention similar results and say this belongs to Comcast. http://www.callercenter.com/678-393-7960.html. Does anyone have any information or resolution advice? Thanks.

"CC_Dete" was a Comcast employee when he posted that. If you don't want calls from them call 1-800-Comcast and let them know.
Thanks - It would be great if customers could select a profile setting that would prevent Comcast groups from calling to peddle additional services. This really isn't viewed by customers as a "value add" to their business, but rather as an unwelcome solicitation. A setting would be similiar to being "an ounce of prevention", so to speak.

You can always choose to opt-out of calls or set up Call Screening to reduce the amount of unwanted calls.
