VOIP phone drops connection after 30 seconds on all outgoing calls since installed new service on Janurary 15th..
Does not drop connection on incoming calls,
I rebooted the router, reconfigured the router, Comcast came in and replaced the router still not working and no explanation why not working.
The Comcast Tec guy left the issue unsolved and did not fixed the service issue,
Informed me he had no way to push this service issue up to a hgher level for support to Tec Engineers as I requested.
Still dropping connections on all outgoing calls and Comcast has not resolved or fixed the service issue.
Who can I call for support to resovle this service issue?
Is this with their in house phone service or is it a third party VOIP phone service adapter that is connected to your router ?
