Seen this in the forums but the offered solutions didn’t work for me.
One of my 2 phone lines (ending in 66) has a stutter tone with phone blinking light that indicates a voicemail message. There are no voicemail messages and I have the voicemail feature for both phones shut off because I use answering machines in the home.
Several calls to support have not resolved the problem.
I tired the solution offered in the forums by going to Xfinity connect preferences, and selected Voice, then Message Wait Indicator and did the refresh a few times. Gives the message …there is a problem in saving. I still have the stutter tone and message indicators. Please help!
