I just spent 5 days trying to figure out how to use Advanced Call Forwarding because, while the checkboxes and rings dropdowns appear onscreen to take effect immediately, I just found an official document that states it can take up to 24 hours. What a bunch of garbage. 24 hours to change the number of rings? Unbelievable. While fiddling with it over the past 5 days, I think the longest I gave it was 15 minutes. There is no reason it should EVER take 24 hours. Design absurdity at its best. Good rittance Comcast Voice!
