So I changed my sevices and removed TV. We never had voicemail because we prefer to HEAR our messages and answer if we want. I have always been able to get my call history. And block unwanted constant callers. When I changed my services they tried to add the voicemail without saying anything. I had it removed. And now call history is gone. And all those annoying callers have started calling again!!! I have no way of blocking them now!!!!

I noticed same thing this morning--- the list of call history is gone. I check it to see where unusal calls came from. Wa there Monday but gone today (Wednesday).
I have not changed anything with our account or settings. I log in via my pc to look thru my Xfinity account.
