So, comcast chat support was a waste of an hour and a half. And I can't seem to private message this famous ComcastJoeTru guy. So I'll post here. My voicemail is disabled, but I have a stutter tone and a message that tells me that I have a voicemail from my phone company. I bought a new phone (for unrelated reasons) and I'm still getting the same message on the new one. Please help me because the voicemail options via the comcast website (even to clear the voicemail waiting) are disabled and not working.
