I am about to lose my job and my sanity working with Comcast in order to get my call waiting disabled permanately. I have made 17 calls and 2 interactions with @ComcastcCares on Twitter and no one can resolve this.
I opened up a BBB dispute (ESL03474461) and the rep it was assigned to does not respond to emails nor calls customers back.
All I need is call waiting permanately disabled, can anyone help me? The case with Comcast’s Executive Office is still open; however, the agent it is assigned to has been dodging me like I have the flu.
