Hello, Since last week I am calling Comcast to remove my phone features permamently, specially the call waiting, since I use the phone for business. Everytime they said "you are all set" but no, the call waiting is still there. Without it removed I cannot receive inbound call due to the call waiting bip and incoming call drop. I spoke to 3 agents but no help.
Can you help me disable permanently the call waiting feature?
